Examining Trending Diets: Current Insights & Scientific Overview
With confusing media headlines, social media posts, and the constantly evolving nutrition science landscape, it can be challenging for fitness professionals to determine what is accurate when it comes to trending diets. Should I eat like my ancestors? Should I include grains in my diet? This session will help you understand the background, perceived health benefits, and current science available for some of the major trending diets. After the session, you will be better equipped to discuss these diet trends with your clients as they come up, including helping them determine whether these diets are supporting their health and wellness goals.
